London Plumbing and Electrical Rates

Work can be undertaken on either:

An hourly rate based upon a minimum of 1 hour's charge for the initial hour and then in 15 minutes increments for each hour thereafter.
A fixed price quotation.

Rates are + Materials + VAT + Parking

Plumbers, Gas Safe Engineers, NICEIC Electricians

Monday - Friday 8.00am ¨ 6.00pm	£75.00 per hour
All other times	£100 per hour

Boiler Service	£85 fixed price
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates	£85 fixed price
Periodic Electrical Testing & Inspection Certificates	1-2 beds: £200.00 3-4 beds: £300.00 5+ beds: £500.00
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) (Electrical)	Up to 6 appliances £75.00
Boiler Changes	Free quotation
Plumbing and Heating Survey	£200.00
Power Flush	From £450.00
Energy Performance Certificates	From £75.00

Please note:

We work on an hourly rate. The total charge to you will be the time spent by our team to do the work. It will include all reasonable time spent in obtaining materials.

Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at the trade price plus 30% handling charge.

After the first hour, we charge by 15 minute intervals. Prices exclude VAT at 17.5%.

Please ensure that you can pay us when we have finished the job. We accept credit and debit cards except Diners and American Express.

Unfortunately, we have to charge for parking. We do not charge for any congestion charges.
