GAS SAFETY INSPECTIONS

About 30 people die every year in the UK through poorly installed or badly maintained gas appliances and flues resulting in deadly carbon monoxide poisoning. In the case of residential properties, landlords (or their agents) have a statutory legal duty to arrange annual Gas Safety Checks by a registered Gas Safe (previously Corgi) installer. H2 Plumbing can carry out this inspection with a minimum of fuss and disruption to you or your tenants. When there are problems with your property, we will advise you of the solutions and provide a free no obligation quote for any remedial work that is required to ensure your property is safe.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSPECTIONS

If you let a property you must ensure that the electrical system and all appliances supplied are safe (this again is a legal requirement). Our Electrical Team can carry out Periodic Electrical Inspections and Portable Appliance Tests to provide you with the peace of mind that your property is electrically safe. As NICEIC Domestic Installers our Electricians work to Part P Regulations.
