H2 Plumbing Ltd is an Approved Contractor for some of London’s largest property managers. We work with Lettings Departments, Lettings Management Departments and Block Management Departments. We are familiar with working in all types of London properties and Blocks for minor and major plumbing, gas and heating and electrics jobs.
Our strength is responding quickly and efficiently to multiple property requirements. We are based in Central London and all our engineers operate from our offices in London SW6. Much of our work is already in your areas so we can have our nearest engineers on site immediately for you. We are able to respond to same-day as well as pre-booked work. We have a very experienced, friendly and professional team in the office who manage every piece of work, from start to finish. We keep our clients informed at all times on our progress and can electronically send information, certificates, invoices and reports.
Our engineers are Gas Safe (previously Corgi) registered for gas and NICEIC approved for electrics and part P compliance.
We DO NOT charge a call out fee on top of our hourly rates and we carry out completely free quotations. Our engineers are uniformed, drive our sign written vans and are used to working in London properties, picking up keys, liaising with landlords, tenants, block managers, porters and so on.
