H2 Plumbing & Electrics does not charge a call-out fee.  All our prices are transparent and there are no hidden costs to our charges.  All quotes are free of charge.

Hourly Rate – Plumbers

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm - £75.00 per hour
Weekends and Evenings - £100 per hour

Hourly Rate – Gas Safe Engineers & Electricians

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm - £85.00 per hour
Weekends and Evenings  - £105 per hour

Fixed Price

Boiler Service - £85 fixed price
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates - £85 fixed price
Periodic Electrical Testing & Inspection Certificates - Up to 2 beds: £200.00
3-4 beds: £300.00, 5+ beds: £450.00
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) (Electrical)  - Up to 6 appliances £75.00
Boiler Changes - Free quotation
Plumbing and Heating Survey  - £200.00
Power Flush - From £495.00
Energy Performance Certificates - From £85.00

Please note:

We work on an hourly rate. The total charge to you will be the time spent by our team to do the work. It will include all reasonable time spent in obtaining materials. Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at the trade price plus 30% handling charge.

After the first hour, we charge by the quarter hour. Prices do not include VAT.

Please ensure that you can pay us when we finish the job. We accept credit and debit cards except Diners and American Express.

Unfortunately, we have to charge for parking. We do not charge for Congestion Charge.
